“Tournament Only” Bus option
If you or your team is registering “Tournament Only” but are staying in a hotel nearby you may wish to make use of our convenient arena shuttle which leaves Treasure Island half-hourly to and from the Las Vegas Ice Center and save yourself the expense and hassle of renting vehicles for your team.
Team Bus Option - add $450 for all registered team members and guests
Individual bus option - add $45 pp
Awards Banquet Extra Ticket Option:
Sometimes friends and family are in the Las Vegas area around the same time but do not wish to participate in the tournament as players, bench staff or guests but do wish to attend the Awards Banquet.
Awards Banquet Ticket $45 pp
MUST be ordered no later than March 30, 2011 to guarantee availability.
Note: Full packages include HOTEL, GROUND TRANSPORTATION and TOURNAMENT FEES and must be taken as presented.
Please, no requests to modify, alter or delete portions.

How to fill out the Registration Form
If you have any questions how to fill out the registration form please do not hesitate to email your questions to Tod at director@ringettedestination.com
Tournament Only registrations include:
-3-guaranteed games
-Complimentary Continental breakfast at arena on game days
-Admission to awards banquet for all players, bench staff and registered guests.
Package registrations also include (in addition to the above):
-Complimentary bus shuttle to and from McCarron airport
-4 nights accommodation at Treasure Island Resort
-Half-hourly shuttle to and from the arena on game days
-Souvenir Tournament t-shirt
**If your team is registered AND PAID IN FULL by the Early Bird Deadline of DECEMBER 15, 2010 you will be eligible for a team gift and a refund of US$25 per person (payable at registration)
In the Registration form you will see two tabs at the bottom: Registrations and Payment.
Registration Tab:
- The first line (in bold) is for the team rep. Replace the sample information with yours. ALL communication with the team will be through this person so please be sure that you have the ability to pass information to and from your team. The team rep is responsible for the accuracy of information on this form.
- Enter the team name, Home City and Division (A, B, C, Rec) once for your team.
- Fill out the information for each person going across. If you don’t know or don’t have a particular item like cell phone don’t worry, just enter what you have. We can always add more info or change it later.
- “Category/Occupancy” is a drop down menu. Select the category (Player, Bench, Guest) and the occupancy (Single, Double, Triple, Quad).
- “Room #” put down who is in which room. Ex. Jane and Joan are in the first room, they both get a 1 here. Mary, Beth and Marg are in the second room, put a 2 beside each of their names and so forth.
-“Bus” put an X beside names of those requiring an airport shuttle.
- “Tournament Only” registrations please ignore these last 3 columns.
-“Special Instructions and Requests” Let us know how we can make your trip a pleasant one. Please let us know any dietary or mobility requirements here.
Payment tab:
-For teams registering with a package, the spreadsheet will perform the calculations for you. For “Tournament Only”, enter 1 in that column.
-You may pre-order tournament extras such as T-shirts, ball caps, jerseys and videos on this page.
-Package participants (players, bench and guests) a T-Shirt is included! Just let us know how many of each size to order!
-For Tournament only participants a t-shirt is extra. Please enter $20 in the price column as well as the quantity required.
-If you have friends or guests in the Las Vegas area not taking advantage of any of our tournament but wish to accompany you to the awards banquet you can purchase extra tickets here.
-If you are “Tournament Only”, staying at a nearby hotel (Mirage, Imperial Palace, Harrah’s, Venetian, Palazzo & Wynn are all within comfortable walking distance) and also wish to take advantage of the arena shuttle from Treasure Island you can add this here as well.
Payment Options:
Put an X beside your preferred payment option. If you choose “Cheque” please ensure that it is in US funds. DO NOT just write “US Funds” on a C$ cheque, the bank will reject it. Please go to the bank and purchase a Bank Draft or Money Order drawn in US Funds. If you choose “Paypal” an invoice will be sent via email to the team rep. It will have a link taking you to a secure payment site where you can enter a credit card and make payment online. If you choose to just make a deposit at this time it is US$100 per person. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE but may be transferred to another person. The balance must be paid in full by March 15, 2011.
Save the completed form with your team name as the file name and email the completed form to director@ringettedestination.com
If you have a copy of your team logo (high quality .jpeg preferred) please send it as well in the email.
Please keep a copy of this form as we want to be ‘on the same page’ when making additions, modifications or deletions.

A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the cheque or payment by Paypal. All cheques will be held until the registration deadline of January 25, 2011. Please only send ONE cheque for your team. We will NOT be accepting separate cheques from individual team members as this results in extra work and confusion.
PLEASE do not book flights until you have been confirmed in the tournament as we may become overbooked or be forced to drop a division and cannot be responsible for any losses incurred.
