Terms and Conditions

Registration, payment and participation in this tournament indicates acceptance of ALL the following Terms and Conditions.

Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from Las Vegas.

 

Participants are responsible for their own trip and medical insurance.

 

“Full packages” include hotel, shuttles to and from arena, Continental breakfast on game days, awards banquet, souvenir T-shirt and tournament fees and must be taken as presented.

NO PERSON shall be permitted to stay in a room paid for by Sport Destination unless they have registered for a package at the appropriate fee or have received advanced, written, authorization from Tournament Staff.  Unauthorized occupants in any room paid for by Sport Destination will be required to vacate immediately.  Participants allowing unauthorized guests to stay in their room will have their registrations revoked without refund.  No exceptions.  Please do not put us in an uncomfortable situation.

“Tournament Only” registrations DO NOT INCLUDE accommodations, airport transfers or any ground transportation and are not eligible for Early Bird Refund or team gift.

“Team” is defined as at least 10 skaters, 1 goalie and 1 non-playing Bench Staff

 

Tournament is open to all players 18 +

 

Players and Guests under 21 must be aware that Nevada Gaming and Liquor laws prohibit gambling or the consumption of alcohol by anyone under 21.  Underage participants will be denied service of alcohol at any Sport Destination function.

 

Participants allow their name and/or likeness to be used by Sport Destination for promotional purposes.

 

Ringette is a sport with inherent dangers of injury or even death.  In consideration of Sport Destination permitting participation in the tournament, teams, team reps and/or individual registrants agree to indemnify and save harmless Sport Destination, it’s agents, staff and employees from and against all claims, demands, actions and proceedings by whomsoever brought in respect of any costs, expenses, loss, damage, or injury, including death, arising by reason of or in connection with participation in the tournament activities, and hereby release and forever discharge Sport Destination, its agents, staff and employees from and against all claims or demands whatsoever which teams, team reps and/or individual registrants or their executors, administrators or assignees may have by reason of participation in such activities, or by reason of the provision of medical care in the event the registrant is incapable.
