Terms and Conditions

Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from Las Vegas.

 

Participants are responsible for their own trip and medical insurance.  Please also notify your Provincial Ringette Organization that you will be attending an out-of-province tournament to ensure your regular insurance extends to your participation in this tournament.

 

“Full packages” include hotel, shuttles to and from arena, Continental breakfast on game days, awards banquet and tournament fees and must be taken as presented.

“Tournament Only” registrations DO NOT INCLUDE accommodations, airport transfers or any ground transportation and are not eligible for Early Bird Refund or team stick bag.

 

Ringette Canada rules apply as amended

“Team” is defined as at least 10 skaters, 1 goalie and 1 non-playing Bench Staff

 

Tournament is open to all Open and Masters age players (18 +)

 

Players under 21 must be aware that Nevada Gaming and Liquor laws prohibit gambling or the consumption of alcohol by anyone under 21.  Underage participants will be denied service of alcohol at any Ringette Destination function.

 

Participants allow their name and/or likeness to be used by Ringette Destination for promotional purposes.

 

Ringette is a sport with inherent dangers of injury or even death.  In consideration of Ringette Destination permitting participation in the tournament, teams, team reps and/or individual registrants agree to indemnify and save harmless Ringette Destination, it’s agents, staff and employees from and against all claims, demands, actions and proceedings by whomsoever brought in respect of any costs, expenses, loss, damage, or injury, including death, arising by reason of or in connection with participation in the tournament activities, and hereby release and forever discharge Ringette Destination, its agents, staff and employees from and against all claims or demands whatsoever which teams, team reps and/or individual registrants or their executors, administrators or assignees may have by reason of participation in such activities, or by reason of the provision of medical care in the event the registrant is incapable.  

 

Registration and participation in this tournament indicates acceptance of ALL these Terms and Conditions.
